Narek Sardaryan, who inadvertently crossed into Azerbaijan, back to Armenia
A resident of Nerkin Khndzoresk village of Syunik province Narek Sardaryan, who found himself in Azerbaijan in July of the ongoing year, was handed over on Tuesday to Armenia, PM Pashinyan's Spokeswomen Mane Gevorgian informed on Facebook.
To note, Sardaryan's name was in the list of repatriated Armenian POWs and civilians held captive in Azerbaijan, yet he was not transported to Yerevan along with other detainees.
Armenia's National Security Service reported in July, that while grazing his own livestock on the pastures of the administrative territory of Gorayk community, a resident of Nerkin Khndzoresk village Narek Sardaryan, born in 1990, went missing. It was established that N. Sardaryan got lost in search of missing livestock, and crossed into the territory of Nakhchivan where he was captured.
