Armenian Defense Ministry seeks clarifications on capture of Armenian soldiers
The Armenian Defense Ministry seeks clarifications from the Artsakh Defense Army about the videos on the capture of Armenian soldiers disseminated by Azerbaijani media outlets on Tuesday.
The ministry will issue a statement on the matter soon, it said late on Tuesday.
Earlier, Henaket Analytical Center head Tigran Abrahamyan said that a new photo and video featuring servicemen in Armenian military uniforms were shared on one of the Telegram channels.
"Azeris say that 44 Armenian prisoners of war were returned to Armenia, but about 100 were taken prisoner. Another point states that the number of captives is 160," he said.
