All roads in Armenia’s Syunik partly covered with black ice
Some roads in Armenia are shut down as of Tuesday morning, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
In particular, the roadways leading to Amberd Fortress and Lake Kari of Aragatsotn Province are closed to traffic.
Vardenyats Pass and all roads in Syunik Province are partly covered with black ice.
Snowfall is reported in Talin, Ashtarak (Aragatsotn Province) Spitak (Lori Province), Artik (Shirak Province) towns, Akhuryan and Ani regions, as well as Yeghvard, Charentsavan and Hrazdan towns (Kotayk Province).
