Armenia reports 586 new Covid-19 cases on December 26
Armenia has confirmed 586 new cases of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 157,349 as of 11 a.m. Saturday, December 26, the Ministry of Health reports. 854 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 138,669
The coronavirus death toll has increased by 19 to 2,752. 671 patients carrying the virus died from other causes since the beginning of the outbreak.
The number of active cases is 15,257. As many as 581,386 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
