Black ice observed on number of roads in Armenia
Some roads are closed and difficult to pass in the territory of Armenia, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on Monday. Roadways leading to Lake Kari and Amberd fortress of Aragatsotn province are closed.
Vardenyats pass is difficult to pass for trucks with trailers. Black ice is formed on Artik-Alagyaz roadway of Shirak province, on the roadways of Aparan and Aragats regions of Aragatsotn province, on the roadways of Gegharkunik, Kotayk and Syunik provinces, the source said.
According to the information provided by the Georgian side, Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.
According to the information provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia the decision of the entry ban on foreign nationals to Georgia remains in force. The ban does not apply to the carriage transportation.
