Armenian, Georgian FMs discussed issues of regional peace and security in phone call
Armenia's Foreign Minister Ara Aivazian held a phone conversation on Wednesday with his Georgian counterpart David Zalkaliani. Minister Aivazian congratulated his counterpart on reappointment as Foreign Minister, the press department at the ministry reported.
According to the source, the ministers touched upon issues of bilateral and regional agenda. The sides underlined their readiness to make efforts aimed at strengthening the relations based on the centuries-old friendship and neighborly traditions, including through intensifying the contacts and dialogue at various levels, the source said.
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Georgia exchanged views on the issues of regional peace and security.
