Number of roads closed, difficult to pass in Armenia
Some roads are closed and difficult to pass in the territory of Armenia, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported. Roadways leading to Lake Kari and Amberd fortress of Aragatsotn province are closed.
Vardenyats pass is difficult to pass for trucks with trailers and is open for other types of vehicles.
Black ice is formed on the roadways of Kotayk and Syunik provinces.Drivers are recommended to drive exclusively on winter tires.
According to the information provided by the Georgian side, Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.
Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that the decision of the entry ban on foreign nationals to Georgia remains in force. The ban does not apply to the carriage transportation.
