Traffic police stop 35 drivers for suspected drunk driving on January 3
Traffic Police of Armenia carried out an enhanced service throughout the republic during the New Year’s holidays. During the period number of offenses were revealed, including cases of operation of vehicles under influence of alcohol.
"On January 3, records of administrative offenses were drawn up against 35 drivers for driving under the influence of alcohol. The vehicles were taken to the penalty area," the Police said in a release, urging citizens to strictly adhere to the traffic rules.
