Opposition discusses upcoming meeting of Armenian, Azeri leaders in Moscow
The Council of the Homeland Salvation Movement comprising Armenia’s 17 opposition parties held a meeting on Friday, January 8, chaired by Vazgen Manukyan, the joint opposition candidate for interim prime minster.
The January 11 meeting of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev in Moscow and the possible signing of new agreements at the meeting which prompted serious concerns from the public were on the agenda, the movement said in a statement.
The council also discussed and analyzed the activities carried out by the Homeland Salvation Movement thus far and specified its future actions.
