Armenia adds 379 new coronavirus cases on January 9
Armenia has confirmed 379 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 161,794 as of 11 a.m. Saturday, January 9, the Ministry of Health reports.
932 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 148,893.
The coronavirus death toll has increased by 14 to 2,922. 4 patients carrying the virus died from other causes in the past 24 hours.
The number of active cases is 9,279. As many as 606,809 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
