“Tovmasyan” foundation to organize a charity event in support of wounded servicemen
“Tovmasyan” charity foundation has been organizing events to mark the Army Day in Armenia every year on January 28. For this year's event, the Foundation has initiated a special program, the Chairman of the Foundation Artak Tovmasyan told reporters on Wednesday.
As he informed, this year's event titled 'The peace through their eyes' will be held at ArtMed medical center where some 40 servicemen wounded in the Karabakh war are treated.
The event will be attended by representatives of arts and culture sector, including artist who will create an artwork. Later the work will be put on auction during a duns rising event, and the proceeds will be directed to cover the treatment of the servicemen.
