Pashinyan ‘countdown clock’ started ticking long ago, say former top police officer
The “countdown” to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s removal from office started long ago, former Deputy Chief of the Armenian Police, Police Major-General Gagik Hambardzumyan said in a Facebook post on Sunday.
Addressing the premier who he called “the symbol of the yellow press”, the former top police officer expressed confidence that Pashinyan and his team will eventually be “brought to justice” after being removed from power.
“And it will be tantamount not only to the homeland you sold, thousands of victims and crippled, but also to tens of thousands not to be born and the misfortune and humiliation of the entire nation. The countdown clock started ticking long ago,” Hambardzumyan wrote.
