Armen Petrosyan: Azerbaijan had no specialists to operate Turkish combat drones
Political scientist Armen Petrosyan wrote on Facebook:
"Selcuk Bayraktar, the son-in-law of Turkey's President Erdogan and the technical director at Baykar Savunma, the manufacturer of Turkish drones, posted on Telegram a video on January 30, informing about presentation of certificates to the personnel of Azerbaijani armed forces over successful completion of the course on attacking drones.
This post by Bayraktar is another evidence of Turkey's active involvement in the Artsakh war. It proves that the Azerbaijani armed forces had no specialist managing the operation of the combat drones and those were controlled by Turkish specialists who had been invited to Azerbaijan," Petrosyan wrote.
