If I were in power in 2020, there would be no war, Robert Kocharyan says
Armenia's former President Robert Kocharyan insists that the war in Artsakh could have been avoided. The former President, however, believes, Azerbaijan had long prepared for the military actions.
In an interview with Sputnik news agency, Kocharyan said, that any war starts only when the adversary is confident in own victory.
"It is obvious that Azerbaijan has long prepared for both the information attack and the military actions. However, we could avoid such developments. If I were in power, I am confident there would be no war. If it happened, a total mobilization would follow with centralization of all resources that would definitely stop the enemy," said Kocharyan.
