Artsakh president discussed issues related to captives and missing in action with official representative of Azerbaijan
President of Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan, Director of Armenia's National Security Service (NSS) Colonel Armen Abazyan and Lieutenant-General Rustam Muradov, the commander of Russian peacekeeping forces, met on Friday with the official representative of Azerbaijan in the territory under the control of the Russian troops, Artsakhpress reported.
"Issues related to the return of the captives and the search for the missing were discussed," Spokesperson of the President Lusine Avanesyan has told the news agency, adding issues related to the fate of the missing persons from the war in the 1990s were also discussed.
