Healthcare system brought to high level of emergency response - ministry
Armenia's health authorities say that no casualties or damages are reported after an earthquake measuring 5-6 magnitute jolted on Saturday capital city Yerevan and number of provinces in Armenia.
As the Ministry of Health said in a statement, the country's healthcare system has been brought to high level of emergency response. A house is damaged in Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan, one person suffered minor injuries, the source said.
The ministry also calls on citizens to reach the ministry through the hot line 80-03 in case of an emergency.
To remind, a magnitude 4.7 earthquake in the territory of Armenia on Saturday at 15:29 local time. The earthquake struck 8km southeast of capital city Yerevan at a depth of 10km. The jolts were felt in Yerevan city with magnitude 5-6.
