Georgia reports 357 new cases of coronavirus
Georgia has reported 357 new cases of Covid-19 after conducting 7,172 PCR tests and 12,173 rapid tests, according to Agenda.ge report. Out of the 357 new cases 150 were confirmed in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi.
As of now, there are a total of 265,557 cases of coronavirus confirmed in Georgia since last February, including 258,093 recoveries and 3,352 deaths. Out of the 4,086 active cases 1,948 people are in hospitals.
Starting February 15 all food facilities, including restaurants will be able to provide their service only in open areas due to the decrease in daily infections. Open and closed markets will also open in all cities of Georgia.
However, public transport, markets and food facilities (except delivery service) will not work on the weekend, the source said.
