Teacher urges Armenians to join Feb. 20 opposition rally to build ‘safe and prosperous' Armenia
Educator Manushak Stepanyan urges Armenians to gather at Yerevan’s Liberty Square on February 20 for a nationwide rally to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, expressing concerns over the situation in the country.
“Given the current situation, I am deeply concerned about the fate of the current and future generations. I am not affiliated to any political party; my strength and my unity are my Armenian people and Armenia.
“Let’s gather at the Liberty Square on February 20, at 3pm, to build a safe and prosperous Armenia for generations,” the teacher said in a video message.
The rally has been announced by the Homeland Salvation Movement, an alliance of 17 opposition parties.
