David Babayan: No constitutional reform underway in Karabakh
No constitutional reform is being carried out in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, the spokesman for the NKR’s president David Babayan told Panorama.am when commenting on press reports.
“No such process has officially begun in Nagorno Karabakh. There have been discussions in social media, but no steps have been officially taken in that direction,” he said.
According to D. Babayan, he himself read about such discussions in social media, but there is no official information on the issue. He stressed that debate on social media does not necessarily mean that the issue was included in the political agenda. “When such a process takes place, we will have a talk,” he noted.
