Monument dedicated to Armenian Genocide centennial unveiled in Italy’s Tuscany
Monument "Armenian Mother” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide was unveiled in Tuscany, Italy on Sunday.
Sculpted by Vigen Avetis, the monument is currently on display in the Municipality of Cavriglia in Tuscany, the Armenian Embassy in Italy reports.
The sculptor created the monument in the image of a mother, who protects her children in the four corners of the world.
