Robert Kocharyan calls for standing strong next to the Armed Forces and the Armenian Army
The office of Armenia's second President Robert Kocharyan has issued a statement, concerning the recent developments in the country.
"Dear compatriots,
In these dire times we call on you to become the masters of our country, stand strong next to the Armed Forces and the Armenian Army. The authorities who lost the war and ceded territories should withdraw. That is the only guarantee for our national revival and the imperative of our days," the message said.
