No bodies found in search operations for war casualties in Karabakh war zone
The search operations for war casualties carried out out in the Nagorno-Karabakh war zone yielded no results in the southern direction, Artsakh’s State Service of Emergency Situations reported, adding no bodies and remains of the servicemen or civilians were found.
As the source said, three search and rescue units will continue the operation on Thursday in Jrakan (Jabrayil) and Hadrut regions as well as southern part of Qashatagh region.
To note, since the start of the ceasefire, a total of 1,486 bodies of fallen troops and civilians have been recovered from the former combat zones during the search operations.
