Vanadzor-Dilijan highway, Syunik roads partly icy
Some roads are closed in Armenia as of Thursday evening, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
In particular, the roadways leading from Amberd high mountain meteorological station to Amberd Fortress and Lake Kari of Aragatsotn Province are shut down.
Vardenyats Pass is open to all vehicles, but difficult to pass for trailer trucks.
Vanadzor-Dilijan highway and roads of Syunik Province are partly icy.
According to the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center (CMC) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open to all vehicles. Nearly 600 trucks have been accumulated on the Russian side of the Larsi checkpoint.
