Court hearing in case of Robert Kocharyan and others postponed
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by judge Anna Danibekyan, postponed on Tuesday the hearing in the case of Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan and three other former top officials.
The reason of the postponement was the absence of Seyran Ohanyan. "Seyran Ohanyan's health condition deteriorated on March 7, and he was transferred to military clinical hospital. He is currently treated there," the lawyer of Ohanyan Karen Mezhlumyan told the judge.
The court hearing in the case concerning the alleged overthrow of the constitutional order was rescheduled for March 16.
