Football legend Youri Djorkaeff is in Yerevan
French football legend of Armenian descent Youri Djorkaeff, the CEO of FIFA Foundation, is in Yerevan, Armenia, and has visited the Technical Center/Football Academy of the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA).
The prospects of development of Armenian football and future investment programs were discussed during the meeting with FFA President Armen Melikbekyan, the Football Federation said in a press release on Thursday.
“Youri Djorkaeff also met with Joaquín Caparrós, the head coach of the Armenian national team, and other members of the coaching staff,” the FFA said.
