Commander Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan to be buried in family cemetery
Legendary Armenian commander Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan, better known as Komandos, will be buried in his family cemetery in Yerevan’s Davitashen district in line with his will.
The Artsakh war hero passed away on Wednesday aged 81.
According to the decision of the government commission for the organization of his funeral, a lying in repose for the commander is due to be held at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex in Yerevan on April 2, at 6pm, the Defense Ministry reported.
His funeral service will take place at St. Hovhannes Church in Kond on April 3, at 11am. Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan will be laid to rest in his family cemetery at 1pm on the same day.
