Robert Kocharyan offers condolences on demise of doctor Georgi Poghosyan
Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan extended condolences on the passing of famous obstetrician-gynecologist Georgi Poghosyan, an associate professor at the YSMU Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
“I offer my condolences to the family, relatives and all students of famous doctor and citizen Georgi Poghosyan. I am convinced that the medical community has suffered a great loss as well. Georgi Poghosyan was not only a talented doctor, but also an intellectual concerned about the fate of his homeland. Georgi Kimovich will remain alive in the hearts of those who know him,” Kocharyan wrote on Facebook on Monday.
Doctor Georgi Poghosyan passed away on Sunday, April 4.
