Armenian parliament fails to elect Levon Buniatyan as PSRC member
The National Assembly of Armenia failed to elect Levon Buniatyan as a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) on Tuesday.
His candidacy for the post had been nominated by the ruling My Step faction.
In a secret vote, Buniatyan received 13 votes in favor and 36 against. Addressing lawmakers, he had expressed readiness to invest his knowledge and experience in the processes under the competence of the PSRC.
“I am ready to show great diligence in my work and be selfless,” he had said.
