Armenia’s coronavirus tally tops 212,000 on April 23
Armenia has confirmed 715 new cases of coronavirus in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 212,114 as of 11 a.m. Friday, April 23, the Ministry of Health reports.
1,123 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 192,281.
The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 15 to 3,984. The figure does not include the deaths of 995 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
The number of active cases is 14,854. As many as 955,515 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
