Artsakh president questioned as witness
Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan has been questioned as a witness by investigators of the Prosecutor’s Office as part of a criminal case into “overthrow of the constitutional order” under Article 312 (Part 1) of the Criminal Code of Artsakh, the president said on Monday.
“Taking into account the importance of this case, I have provided all the information I have on the issues raised and reaffirmed my readiness to continue participating in the proceedings in a manner prescribed by law in the future,” he wrote on Facebook.
Harutyunyan added that he will publicly “provide answers to some questions” within his powers given the public demand to reveal the circumstances of the recent 44-day war.
