Georgian PM to pay official visit to Armenia on Wednesday
Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili will pay an official visit to Armenia on Wednesday, May 12.
The Georgian premier is scheduled to hold private talks with Armenia’s interim Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, followed by expanded-format negotiations. They will sum up their talks at a joint press conference, Aliq Media reported.
Georgian Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani will accompany Garibashvili during his trip to Armenia.
Irakli Garibashvili visited Armenia in 2014 as prime minister and in 2020 as defense minister. During both visits, he spoke about Georgia's intentions to deepen relations between the two countries in all areas.
