Iranian minister visiting Armenia to discuss cooperation in transit transport
Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development Mohammad Eslami arrived in Armenia on Sunday to discuss the issue of Armenian railway operation on North-South Transport Corridor, Pars Today reports.
According to the source, the Iranian official is set to hold meetings with acting ministers of territorial administration and infrastructure, minister of economy as well as the acting deputy prime minister Mher Grigoryan.
In the frames of his visit, Mohammad Eslami will discuss with Armenian officials issues related to facilitation of transit transport from Iran to Armenia, easing the regulations of traffic and transit, infrastructure development, decreasing road fees, participation in Armenian infrastructure projects as well as restoration of transport routes.
