Robert Kocharyan meets with residents of three Yerevan districts and Armenia bloc members
Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan, the leader of the Armenia bloc, and Vahe Hakobyan, the head of the Reviving Armenia party, which is part of the alliance, on Thursday met with residents of Kentron, Nork-Marash and Arabkir administrative districts of Yerevan and members of the bloc from the capital.
As the alliance's Facebook page reported, Kocharyan reminded about the countdown, noting that the current government has 24 days left.
He thanked those present for their participation in the activities of the Armenia alliance.
“I believe all of you may be under pressure, but we must be determined. Today we will discuss issues of how to convey our theses and messages to voters in order to change the government. We must make sure that you will receive answers to all your questions and we have a strong team that is ready to assist us in achieving success,” Kocharyan said.
Vahe Hakobyan said, in turn, that today's sad news about the capture of six Armenian soldiers once again shows “where the current authorities are leading us to.”
“It is necessary to respond promptly to all situations, especially since not all mass media are available in rural communities,” Hakobyan said.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to the issues of Armenia’s border security and the development of the military-industrial complex.
