Harutyunyan, Shoigu discuss Armenian-Azerbaijani border situation
Acting Defense Minister of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan on Monday held a telephone conversation with Russian Defense Minister, Army General Sergei Shoigu.
The ministers discussed the current situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the ways of implementing the agreements reached during a meeting in Moscow last week, the Armenian Defense Ministry reported.
The officials also touched upon the main directions of the ongoing reforms in the Armenian military, the Russian peacekeeping mission in Artsakh, as well as the regional security issues and their joint actions to counter them.
