The Office of the third President of Armenia has released a new video in which ex-president Serzh Sargsyan and the PM's candidate from the "Salute of Honour and Respect" pre-election bloc Artur Vanetsyan speak about security issues at the meeting with supporters.
"We must start bringing back people who are specialists in their spheres, who understand what the army is since no security can be achieved without troops," Serzh Sargsyan says.
Artur Vanetsyan, in turn, adds: "Without addressing the security challenges, rebuilding the Army and solving the issue of border protection, we can not speak of anything else."
