
Armenia reports 93 new COVID-19 cases on June 5
Armenia has confirmed 93 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 223,143 as of 11 a.m. Saturday, June 5, the Ministry of Health reports. 209 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 214,268.
The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 4 to 4,454. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,090 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 3,331 active cases. As many as 1,099,797 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
