Armenia’s daily coronavirus cases rise by 99 on June 9
Armenia has confirmed 99 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 223,384 as of 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 9, the Ministry of Health reports.
81 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 214,690.
The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 11 to 4,474. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,091 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 3,129 active cases. As many as 1,111,596 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
