After preventive actions of the Armenian side, Azerbaijani armed forces stopped engineering works on the border area - MoD
The statement of the Azerbaijani defense ministry, alleging the shelling of its positions by the Armenian forces is another disinformation, Armenia's Defense ministry said in a statement on Friday.
According to it, the Armenian units didn't shelled the combat positions located in the territory of Azerbaijani, but took actions to stop the engineering works in the border area of Armenia.
In particular, on June 11, the Azerbaijani armed forces made attempts to carry out fortification works in the border area of Kut village in Gegharkunik province. The Armenian side resorted to preventive measures after which the engineering works were ceased.
