Armenian Airlines to operate seasonal charter flights from Yerevan to Batumi
Armenia Airlines will operate seasonal charter flights from Yerevan to Batumi. The first Armenia Airlines flight was carried out by the carrier on Tuesday, Georgian television channel 1TV reported, citing the Civil Aviation Agency.
According to the application submitted to the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency, Yerevan-Batumi-Yerevan flights will be operated once a week until June 22, and from June 22 to September 15 the flights will be carried out twice a week on Tuesdays.
"The Civil Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia issued a permit for charter flights on June 11 of this year," the agency said.
