Investigative Committee prepared 15 materials on apparent electoral crimes as of 15:00
As of 15:00 of the voting day of the snap parliamentary elections 15 materials on apparent hindrance to implementation of the right to elect were received and prepared in territorial subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee.
As the Committee reported in a press statement, 10 of them refer to voting more than once or instead of another person envisaged by the Article 153 of RA Criminal Code, 4 – to breaching the confidentiality of ballot envisaged by the Article 154 of RA Criminal Code, 1 – to entering the polling station with a weapon and using violence at the polling station and the area next to it envisaged by the Articles 154.4 and 149.2 of RA Criminal Code.
A criminal case was initiated on the last of the mentioned cases, additional materials are prepared on 14 cases.
