Tigran Urikhanyan: We have a ‘lot of work to do’ despite not being elected to parliament
Tigran Urikhanyan, the leader of the Our Home is Armenia Party, which garnered 0.95% of the vote in Sunday’s snap parliamentary elections in Armenia, said his team still has a "lot of work to do" despite failing to be elected to the National Assembly.
"This is what we've got... May God bless my homeland! In fact, this is the people's assessment,” he wrote on Facebook on Monday.
“But I want the 12,162 citizens who trusted us to know for sure that we are a team already. Regardless of the fact that we will not be represented in the parliament, we have a lot of work to do.
“We have a long way to go together. From today on!” Urikhanyan said.
