
Armenia reports 77 new COVID-19 cases, 4 deaths on June 22
Armenia has confirmed 77 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 224,330 as of 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 22, the Ministry of Health reports.
70 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 216,182.
The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 4 to 4,502. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,096 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 2,550 active cases. As many as 1,156,409 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
