State decorations posthumously awarded to parents of the servicemen who died in the Artsakh 44-day war
On the occasion of the start of the summer conscription, a solemn ceremony took place on June 22 at Ararat branch of the gathering point of the Ministry of Defense. The event was attended by the command staff of the Fifth Army corps, clergymen and representatives of the local authorities.
As the press service at the Ministry reported, officers wished the conscripts peaceful service and urged to unconditionally follow the instructions of the commanders to pay the duty to motherland with high responsibility.
On the same day, as a symbolic move, state decorations were posthumously handed to parents of the servicemen who had fallen during the Artsakh 44-day war.
