Concert marking composer Edvard Mirzoyan’s 100th birth anniversary to be held in Dilijan
The National Center of Chamber Music has organized a concert dedicated to the 100th birthday anniversary of prominent Armenian composer, pedagogue, People's Artist of Armenia Edvard Mirzoyan.
The concert will be held in the Beethoven Hall of the Creative House of the Edvard Mirzoyan Composers' Union in Dilijan on July 10, at 7pm.
The concert will be performed by the State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia, led by its artistic director and chief conductor Vahan Martirosyan.
The concert program features Mirzoyan’s String Quartet, Symphony for Strings and Timpani and Poem Epitaph for Chamber Orchestra.
