Armenia reports 126 new COVID-19 cases on July 1
Armenia has confirmed 126 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 225,095 as of 11 a.m. Thursday, July 1, the Ministry of Health reports. 104 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 216, 882.
Four deaths have been reported over the past day. The COVID-19 death toll stands at 4,517. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,100 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 2,722 active cases. As many as 1,188,922 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
