
Three more bodies found during search operations, Artsakh emergency service says
Three more bodies were found during the search operations in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) on Friday, July 9, the State Service of Emergency Situations of Artsakh Republic reported.
The remains were retrieved from Hadrut region, currently occupied by Azeri forces. According to preliminary data, they were participants in the 44-day war. The remains will beidentified through a forensic DNA analysis.
To note, since the end of the 2020 Artsakh war, a total of 1,601 bodies of fallen soldiers and civilians have been found during the search operations.
