Hollywood star Russell Crowe queues up with 7,000 Aussies to get his Covid-19 vaccine
Russell Crowe has revealed he's had his first dose of the Covid-19 vaccination, Daily Mail reports.
The Hollywood actor, 57, joined a queue of thousands to get the jab on Sunday, before urging other Australians to do the same.
'How I spent my Sunday. Lining up with 7,000 good citizens to get shot 1 of vaccine. Book yours via NSW Health,' he tweeted alongside a photo of the queue.
He joins a long list of celebrities who have had the vaccine, including radio presenter Kyle Sandilands, Today show host Karl Stefanovic and comedian Andy Lee.
As of early Tuesday morning, more than 187.2 million cases of COVID-19 had been reported worldwide, according to the Johns Hopkins University's COVID-19 tracker. The reported global death toll stood at more than four million.
