Armenia’s daily COVID-19 cases rise by 233 on July 29
Armenia has confirmed 233 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 229,603 as of 11 a.m. Thursday, July 29, the Ministry of Health reports.
123 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 219,502.
The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 7 to 4,604. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,119 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 4,378 active cases. As many as 1,328,107 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
