
Armenia reports 243 fresh COVID-19 cases on July 31
Armenia has confirmed 243 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 230,110 as of 11 a.m. Saturday, July 31, the Ministry of Health reports.
163 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 219,864.
The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 6 to 4,614. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,121 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 4,511 active cases. As many as 1,340,258 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
