Armenia reports 237 fresh coronavirus cases on August 3
Armenia has confirmed 237 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 230,713 as of 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 3, the Ministry of Health reports.
156 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 220,289. No deaths have been reported today.
The COVID-19 death toll stands at 4,621. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,122 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 4,681 active cases. As many as 1,357,957 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
